I could tell that my gutters did not have the proper pitch or slope to drain completely after a rain, so I called Brothers That Just Do Gutters to get an estimate for repair work. Hayden showed up promptly at the arranged time and inspected my gutters. He explained what Brothers Gutters could do to solve my problem. The solution was to either repair them or replace them with brand new ones. We decided to go ahead with replacing the gutters rather than repairing them. This would come with a warranty. Hayden answered my questions regarding the installation and the product. Trevor scheduled an appointment for the work and kept us informed with reminders. Unfortunately, the installation of the new gutters had to be rescheduled because of the smoke and air quality. That was OK with me, as I too was concerned about the health of the crew. Cody, the installer, called me before leaving to tell me he was on his way. When Cody arrived, we did a walk around, talking about the project. I explained to him what I expected, and asked questions. After the gutters were installed, I did another walk around with Cody and inspected the work done. Cody had cleaned up afterwards and I was very pleased with everything. He also explained in some detail how they hung the gutters so there would be no standing water in them. I appreciated how this company communicated with me in every step of the way. I was kept Informed. The price for this work was exactly what Hayden had told me. No surprises.
